City of Cork Symphony Orchestra
The Orchestra was founded by Aloys Fleischmann in University College Cork in 1934 and has presented annual concerts since then in the City Hall, Cork.
Many celebrated artists have performed with the orchestra since then, including Tasmin Little, Nigel Kennedy, Nicola Benedetti, Julian Lloyd Webber, Barry Douglas and Majella Cullagh in recent years.
